Attending in-person

Reconnect with old friends and meet new ones while enjoying a delicious gourmet dinner. The evening's fantastic program includes performances from our Upper School Jazz Band and Concert Choir, messages from our students, teachers, and alumni, a live auction with unique experiences, and the Fund-a-Need that this year will help us transform Bear Creek's libraries into innovative literacy and learning centers.

Gourmet Dinner

Enjoy a delicious three-course gourmet dinner. You will make your menu choices when you purchase your tickets. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Seating with friends

If you wish to sit with friends at the event, please note their names on the Special Request field when you purchase your tickets. If you would like to sit with other parents in your child's class, you will have the option to select "Seat with parents from my child's grade." We will make every effort to honor all seating requests.

We also have an excellent way to enjoy the evening and your excitement with friends—being a Table Captain.

A Table Captain is an organizer assembling ten guests who purchase their own tickets and are seated together at a table for dinner. Table Captains also receive special recognition and perks at the event. To learn more about being a Table Captain, please contact Jen Janison at jjanison@tbcs.org.

What to Wear

Guests are encouraged to dress in cocktail attire.

Bidding at the event

Auction items will be listed online only, not displayed at the event—you can enjoy the night, all the while using your mobile phone to bid.

Make sure you set up Max Bid for all items you don't want to miss—your phone will let you know if you have been outbid!

We will have mobile bid assistants on hand to answer any questions.

You will receive a numbered card to bid on the Live Auction and the Fund-a-Need portions. Get ready to have fun!

Dessert Dash

This takes place during the Live Auction and offers fun for everyone—and a delicious dessert for your table!

Each table will combine their bids to claim one of the delicious desserts displayed at the auction.

To get your chance at the most delectable, delicious dessert, complete the Dessert Dash card on your table with your bid number and the bid amount. These will be totaled for your table.

The table with the highest total bid gets the first chance to dash to the dessert table and pick the dessert of their choice! In descending order of its total bid amount, every table will have its turn at a dash.

You'll need to be fast to get your favorite dessert because the following winning table number will be called quickly... thus, the dash part of the Dessert Dash! This takes place during the Live Auction and offers fun for everyone—and a delicious dessert for your table!

Nestled in the residential community of Medina near Bellevue, WA, Overlake Golf & Country Club is located at 8000 NE 16th St., Medina, WA 98039.

Ample free parking is available.

Get your tickets early

Ballroom capacity is limited. If you wish to attend the event, don't wait to get your ticket. Sales will open Wednesday, March 1.
