Get your tickets early

Reconnect with old friends and meet new ones while celebrating and supporting Bear Creek. This evening’s fantastic program includes performances from our Upper School jazz band, a super silent auction with exclusive items available only for in-person bidding, live auction with unique experiences, and this year’s Fund-a-Need.

Ballroom capacity is limited. If you wish to attend the event, don't wait to get your tickets. Sales will open Wednesday, February 12.

Gourmet Dinner

Enjoy a delicious three-course gourmet dinner. You will make your menu choices when you purchase your tickets. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Seating with friends

If you wish to sit with friends at the event, please note their names on the Special Request field when you purchase your tickets. If you would like to sit with other parents in your child's class, you will have the option to select "Seat with parents from my child's grade." We will make every effort to honor all seating requests.

We also have an excellent way to enjoy the evening and your excitement with friends—being a Table Captain.

A Table Captain is an organizer assembling ten guests who purchase their own tickets and are seated together at a table for dinner. Table Captains also receive special recognition and perks at the event. To learn more about being a Table Captain, please contact Theresa Larsen at tlarsen@tbcs.org.

What to Wear

Cocktail attire with a Roaring 20s flair and charm is encouraged, but all dinner event attire is welcome.

Bidding at the event

Get ready to have fun! You will receive a bid number and bidder card to bid on the Super Silent items, the Live Auction and the Fund-a-Need portions.

Online auction items will be listed online only, not displayed at the event—you can enjoy the night, all the while using your mobile phone to bid.

Make sure you set up Max Bid for all the online items you don't want to miss—your phone will let you know if you have been outbid!

We will have mobile bid assistants on hand to answer any questions.

Dessert Dash

This takes place during the Live Auction and offers fun for everyone—and a delicious dessert for your table!

To get your chance at the most delectable, delicious dessert, complete the Dessert Dash card on your table with your bid number and the bid amount. These will be totaled for your table.

The table with the highest total bid gets the first chance to dash to the dessert table and pick the dessert of their choice! In descending order of its total bid amount, every table will have its turn at a dash.

You'll need to be fast to get your favorite dessert because the following winning table number will be called quickly...thus, the dash part of the Dessert Dash! This takes place during the Live Auction and offers fun for everyone—and a delicious dessert for your table!

Parking and Directions

Located in downtown Bellevue, WA, the Hyatt Regency Bellevue is located at 900 Bellevue Way. Parking is free in the Hyatt underground garage. The Gala will be held in the Evergreen Ballroom which is located on the first floor.
