March 30, 2019
Through your generosity, the 2018 auction raised more than $300,000 to benefit our students, including $98,000 for new science equipment for all divisions. This incredible annual event would not be possible without you.
Photos of the event may be viewed on Vidigami.
Each Bear Creek family is expected to procure an item or items valued at $150 for the auction. Success depends on you! The auction office offers procurement packets, ready for your signature, which you can drop off or mail to prospective donors. Each packet contains a procurement form, generic solicitation letter, and return and outer envelopes. We can prepare custom letters at your request.
We also need volunteers to help with planning, decorations, item preparation, and day of event activities. Contact Linda Sheppard at firstname.lastname@example.org or 425-898-1720 ext. 338 to get involved.
Pick up procurement packets at either main office or print the letter and procurement form (coming soon). Contact Linda Sheppard at email@example.com or 425-898-1720 ext. 338 if you have questions or would like to discuss your idea. See the Procurement and Sponsorship pages for more ideas. The procurement deadline is January 29, 2018.
The auction is the school’s largest community-building event and our second largest fundraiser. We invite all families to attend and will send an invitation to anyone for whom you provide an address. Invite your friends, family, neighbors, and other supporters from throughout the community. Hundreds of items will be available for bidding in Silent Auctions and a spectacular Live Auction.
