5:30 PM Open House program begins
6:30 PM Academic and College Planning Night program begins

Families with students entering grades 5 and up are invited, including students currently in grades 6 and up.

The evening will feature a keynote and three breakout sessions on a variety of academic and college planning topics (see below), allowing you to select a schedule based on individual interests and upcoming decisions.

Bear Creek Open House event for prospective families

  • Check in at 5:15 p.m.
  • Bear Creek admissions program begins at 5:30 p.m. and will include an admissions presentation, Q&A, and hearty appetizers.
  • Please park at the Upper School Building (8525-208th Ave. NE, Redmond).

Academic and College Planning Night

  • Pre-event coffee and dessert begins at 6:00 p.m.
  • Welcome and keynote begin at 6:30 p.m.
  • Final breakout session concludes at 8:45 p.m.
  • Park at the Main Building if the Upper School lot is full. There is a lighted footpath connecting the two buildings.
