Parking
2025 – 2026
Parking spots at school are available on a first come, first served basis each day. Students and employees do not have reserved parking spots.
Student Parking Privileges
Upper School students may park on campus according to the policies set forth in the Family Handbook. Each vehicle students will drive to school must be registered with Bear Creek, and the required parking decal(s) must be displayed on the windshield of any car a student parks on campus. See parking maps below. Parking decals may be picked up at the Upper School front desk.
Where Students May Park
- In any unrestricted spots at Upper School
- By the Fitness Center (south of the Main building)
- By Owens Field (behind the Main building)
- In the gravel lot by the Farmhouse (north of the Main building)
Where Students May NOT Park
- In front (east) of the Main building
- In visitor, handicap, nor other restricted parking spots (e.g., auction winner)
- In any fire lane
- In parallel spots along the curb at Upper School (designated for visitors until 2:00 p.m. daily)
- Along the tree line on the south side of the Upper School lot
Main Building Lots
Parents may park in any unrestricted spot surrounding the Main building. Students may not park in front (east) of the Main building, however, spots on the sides of the building and in the back (near Owens Field) are available, first come, first served, for students, faculty/staff, and parents.
Parents are welcome to park and walk their students to class but may not drop off students in the parking lots. Please use the designated Drop-off and Pick-up lanes.
Please observe all labeled/restricted spaces (e.g., disabled, reserved, or visitor) and do not park in the visitor spaces near the main entrance.
Farmhouse (Gravel) Lot
Parents, faculty/staff, and students may park in the gravel parking lot to the north of the Main building.
Upper School Lots
Parents, faculty/staff, and students may park in any unrestricted spot at Upper School. The parallel spots in nearest to the entrance of the building are restricted on school days before 8:00 a.m. and after 2:00 p.m. so as not to interfere with morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up. These spots are also reserved for visitors during the school day.
