Counselor-in-Training

The Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program at Bear Creek Summer Camp is designed to offer qualified young people an opportunity to prepare for positions as summer camp counselors. Emphasis is placed upon developing leadership skills, sensitivity to children, and program skills.

  • Be interested: in the camp, its traditions and ideals; events and activities; the campers, their ideas, undertakings and problems.
