Sports Registration
Read Policies
Prior to registering, student-athletes and parents should be familiar with Athletics sections of our Family Handbook (log in on MyBC/Parents) and Bear Creek's athletics program overview to learn about our participation, level of commitment, playing time, etc.
Complete 3 Steps
Step 1: Pay Fees
Please reference the fees and deadlines (below) for each season. Log in with your Bear Creek username (usually firstname.lastname) to register your student-athlete on the registration portal. Refunds will not be issued after team selection process is complete.
Spring sports registration deadlines are posted below.
Without logging in, you can browse the spring sports teams and fees (subject to change until registration opens).

Step 2: Order Gear
Submit the required gear size form and optional gear order form by the registration deadline (see Fees and Dates above). Consult the team pages for these forms. Team gear orders will be placed immediately following the deadline. If registering after the deadline, complete the gear size form and contact Athletics Director Chad Pohlman (cpohlman@tbcs.org) to determine whether or not a late gear order is possible. Late Middle School sweatshirt orders are not possible.
Step 3: COMPLETE Releases and Forms
Bear Creek requires our student-athletes to receive an annual physical exam. Please download and print the Sports Physical Examination and Medical Eligibility forms and bring them with you to your child's doctor's appointment. Submit your child's sports medical eligibility form, sign the liability release, and complete all other requirements through the health portal. Do not submit the physical exam form.
All necessary forms should be completed with Back-to-School Registration in the summer with the exception of the student-signed liability release which can only be signed and submitted when the student turns 18. Students are not eligible to participate until all to-do items have been completed on the health portal and the fee is paid (see Step 1 above).
If you don't find the sports-related items on your child's Student Health Tracker To-Do List, see the helpful information at the end of the FAQ about how to complete the necessary releases and forms.
Please note: Student-athletes must have the sports medical eligibility form on file before the first day of practice. Email Caitlin O'Neill (coneill@tbcs.org) to let her know when your child's appointment is scheduled if you are unable to complete it before the registration deadline.
