Summer Camp

Summer Camp 2025 registration will open in March. We offer a variety of sports, arts, and STEM camps that are open to the public for kids entering kindergarten through grade 12 next fall.

The Bear Creek School Summer Camp provides an exceptional, experiential education in a fun and nurturing environment that will enable students to discover and pursue their passions. Bear Creek offers four one-week sessions, June 16 – July 11, with camps running two or three hours each day (the number of days vary by session, depending on holidays). Questions? Basketball camp
Basketball Camp (1-4)

Week 3 (4 days), June 30 – July 3, 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m., no camp on July 4, for boys and girls in grades 1 – 4

Flag football
Flag Football Camp (1-6)

Week 1 (4 days), June 16 – 20, noon – 3:00 p.m., no camp on June 19, for boys and girls in grades 1 – 6

Soccer Camp (1-4)

Week 3 (4 days), June 30 – July 3, 10:00 a.m. – noon, no camp on July 4, for boys and girls in grades 1 – 4

Week 2 (5 days), June 23 – 27, 9:00 a.m. – noon, for boys and girls in grades 1 – 6

Tennis camp

Week 1 (4 days), June 16 – 20, 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m., no camp on June 19, for boys and girls in grades 6 – 8

Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

Through June 1, 2025, The Bear Creek School may, upon written request, issue a full refund (less a 10% cancellation charge) to registrants who wish to withdraw from Summer Camp.

No refunds will be awarded after June 1. No refunds will be awarded to campers who are “no shows” (do not attend camp and do not notify the camp office of their cancellation prior to June 1). Refunds are not issued if a child is dismissed due to disciplinary action. The Bear Creek School reserves the right to cancel programs or sessions based on insufficient enrollment. In this event, a full refund for the specific camp will be issued.

Attendance Policy

We will take attendance as part of Bear Creek Summer Camp in order to keep track of students. We do not prorate a class for days missed due to vacations, illness, or other activities.
