PTF would love your help decking the halls of Bear Creek for Christmas! Join fellow parents on November 12, 14, 15, and 21 as we spread Christmas spirit throughout our buildings! Please note the location and date on the sign-up.

• Wednesday, November 12: Join us at the Preschool at 8:45 a.m. We will turn Valley Campus into a winter wonderland by decorating the outdoor spaces, office, and library with garlands, trees, bows, and more!
• Friday, November 14: The Christmas transformation of our Redmond Campus begins. In the Main building, right after morning drop-off, we will be setting up trees and prepping the spaces for the next day of decorating. The Upper School will undergo its Christmas transformation from 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., so grab a friend (or your Upper School student during his or her open/flex block) and sign up to help spread Christmas cheer for our community.
• Saturday, November 15: Grab a few friends and sign up for a specific area to decorate! Help us make our campus sparkle as we focus on the Main building's front entrance and libraries, Main Commons, Middle School landing, Blankenbeckler Lower School Landing, and our student hallways. We will "deck the halls" from 9:00 a.m. –1:00 p.m.
• Friday, November 21: Bring a warm coat and join us from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. to decorate the outside of the school with 400+ feet of fresh cedar garland and red bows for a pop of color.

Volunteers are also needed on January 6 and 9 to put away the decorations. Thank you for helping!
