Grade 8 will travel to High Trek Adventures in Everett for a team-building experience on Wednesday, October 1.

Liability Releases: Please complete the following items by Wednesday, September 24.

Step 1: On the health portal, sign Bear Creek's 2025 Grade 8 High Trek Adventures Field Trip Consent and General Liability Release and Waiver of Claims

Step 2: Complete High Trek Adventures' event registration and waiver (choose Sign A New Waiver and complete all the information requested)

Travel: Please drop off students as usual for the regularly scheduled 9:00 a.m. start time. We will load the buses soon after and depart for High Trek Adventures. We will return before the end of the school day, and you may pick up your child as usual.

Dress: Students should wear Icebreaker T-shirts, comfortable pants or shorts, and close-toed athletic shoes to accommodate climbing and playing.

Lunch: Students should bring a sack lunch and refillable water bottle.

Absence: If your child is unable to attend the field trip, inform the school using the Attendance button on the Parent Portal so that we can account for any missing students. Absence from a field trip counts as a regular absence from a school day.
