There is no school for Middle School students on October 16 or 17 while teachers are holding parent/teacher conferences. Parents of Middle School students are invited to the Upper School Nagel Commons on Friday, October 17, to meet with individually with teachers and discuss students' progress.

Here are some FAQs regarding conferences:

When/Where?* 

• Friday, October 17
• Upper School's Marilyn R. Nagel Commons (8525 208th Ave. NE, Redmond) 
• Doors open at 7:50 a.m. 
• Parents may meet with teachers from 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Teachers will take a break for lunch between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., so please plan accordingly.

Who is involved? Parents meet with the teachers. Students do not attend these conferences, and there should be no students in the building.

What happens? At check-in, you will receive your child's mid-semester progress report (a snapshot of how your child is doing at the mid-semester point). Then you will then have an opportunity to sit down with your child's teachers to briefly discuss your son's/daughter's class achievements and/or any areas in need of improvement.

Parking. If the Upper School parking lot is full, please park in the lot at the Main building and follow the footpath to the Upper School. Please do not park on 208th Avenue NE.

*For those who cannot make it in person on October 17, teachers will have limited times available for virtual conferences on Thursday, October 16. Please email your child's teacher(s) directly and request time to meet virtually on Thursday.
