Graduating seniors conclude their course of study at Bear Creek by developing and pursuing a challenging, meaningful, and self-directed project in an area of personal interest. Parents, families, and guests are encouraged to attend Senior Capstone Project presentations during the week of June 9 – 12. Find the schedule on the Senior Class page. Please allow time to check in at the Upper School office.
Seniors must attend all presentations of their peers and arrive by 7:55 a.m. each day. Seniors should wear business attire (slacks, skirts, dress shirts/blouses, ties, etc.) when delivering their presentations unless otherwise arranged. Seniors may wear free dress when they are not presenting (in accordance with the Family Handbook).
May 19 – June 6 is a time for seniors to work off-campus to complete their projects.
Seniors should please note that following Capstone Project Presentations on Wednesday, June 11, at 1:00 p.m., seniors will rehearse for An Evening of Honors. Seniors should meet in the Diamond Performing Arts Center. A pizza and salad lunch will be served. Seniors are required to attend this rehearsal.
