Future Grizzlies cheerleaders in grades K – 4 are invited to this two-day Jr. Grizzlies Cheer event hosted by the Upper School Grizzlies cheer squad. Registration is $30. Learn more and register before the December 27, 2024 deadline. 

Thursday, January 23

After school, registered students will be walked to the Upper School's Nagel Commons to learn how to be cheerleaders! After a snack*, students will have fun learning sideline cheers and a floor routine from Upper School’s varsity cheer squad. Parents, please pick up students at 5:30 p.m. at the Upper School main entrance (8525 208th Ave. NE).

* Students should bring their own snacks and water bottles.

Friday, January 24

At the girls varsity basketball game, Jr. Grizzlies cheerleaders will cheer for the team from the stands during the first half and then perform with the Grizzlies cheer squad during halftime. Pom-poms are provided. Parents, please bring your child wearing her Jr. Grizzlies Cheer T-shirt to the gym in the Main building at 6:15 p.m., prior to the first tip-off. Jr. Grizzly cheerleaders are free to go home after halftime, approximately 7:00 p.m.
