There is no school for students in grades 5 – 8 while teachers are holding parent/teacher conferences.
Our team is excited to have the opportunity to connect with families to further nurture our strong partnership as we discuss how students are progressing overall with their individual academic engagement. Here are some FAQs regarding conferences:
When/Where?* Teachers will be available to meet in person on Friday, March 21, from 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., and 12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., in the Main Commons. Doors open at 7:50 a.m.
Who is involved? Parents meet with the teachers. Students do not attend these conferences.
What happens? When you check in, you will receive a mid-semester progress report (a snapshot of how your child is doing at the mid-semester point). You will then proceed into the Main Commons where you will have an opportunity to sit down with your child's teachers individually to briefly discuss your son's/daughter's progress.
* Additionally, for those who cannot make it in person on March 21, please know that teachers are always open to set up a time to align or connect via e-mail. Please do not wait for conferences if you have a specific concern or question that needs to be addressed.
