The SAT will be administered to pre-registered juniors. Students sitting for the exam must communicate and make arrangements with teachers regarding missed classes and assignments and/or assessments. Students who are not sitting for the SAT are expected to attend their regularly scheduled classes.
- Prior to the test, all students must download and install the Bluebook app at home. Do not wait until test day to do this!
- Log into Bluebook and complete Exam Setup. To log in, students will need a personalized sign-in ticket, which may be picked up from the Upper School reception desk.
On the day of the test, students should arrive no later than 7:45 a.m. for check-in (test starts at 8:00 a.m.).
Students may depart or join afternoon classes as soon as they are finished. Students are recommended to dress comfortably, following the school dress guidelines, and bring the following items:
- A fully charged laptop and power cord
- An approved calculator
- Pens and/or pencils (for scratch work)
- Snacks
- Water bottle
Students should create a College Board account, if they don’t have one already, in order to view SAT scores, search for colleges, and build a college list.
