On exam day, students must arrive at the exam location 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of their exam (7:45 a.m. or 11:45 a.m.). The complete exam calendar can be found on the College Board website. Most exams take between 3½ to 4 hours, though some can take a bit longer. Exam dates or times cannot be changed; the College Board tightly controls the exam schedule. Students may not leave the exam room early under any circumstances without forfeiting their exam scores. Please remember that cell phones or electronic devices (except calculators for certain exams – see below) may not be brought into the exam room. All students should come equipped with several #2 pencils and pens with blue or black ink. There are specific calculator policies for the following subjects: Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, Physics, and Statistics.
Students are not expected to attend regular classes at Bear Creek on their AP Exam days. Students may wear free dress on their AP Exam days.
