In October, we host the first of our two annual parent/teacher conferences, the second will be held in the spring. You are invited to attend to meet with your child's teacher or advisor and discuss your son's/daughter's progress in class. Here are some FAQ's regarding conferences:

Who is involved? Parents meet with the teachers. Students do not attend these conferences.

What happens? When you check in, you will receive a mid-semester progress report (a snapshot of how your child is doing at the mid-semester point). 

Where do conferences occur? Online.

Do I need an appointment? Yes. You will have the opportunity to book appointment(s) with your child's teacher/advisor. Look for an email from your child’s teacher/advisor to book a virtual conference appointment. After booking a conference appointment, each parent will receive a confirmation email that includes the Teams Meeting link as well as a calendar invitation that can be downloaded to your calendar app (also contains the Teams Meeting link). Also see how-to instructions.

Why do we have conferences? We believe that education is a partnership between school and home, so parent conferences provide an opportunity for us to work together. Parents comment over and over again how valuable this time is with teachers. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to attend conferences if possible.
