Tuesday, September 15, is Upper School individual picture day! This year, we are excited to partner with a new photography company, Dorian Studio, for student and staff portraits.
Order pictures
If you would like to order photos, please pick up an order form at the front office or order pictures online. Paper order forms must be returned to the photographer on picture day. Online orders must be placed by September 17.
Please note that there will not be separate class pictures taken in the spring; Composite class photos can be ordered through the same order form.
Volunteer
We welcome parent volunteers to help the day run smoothly. Please sign up to assist if you are interested. Volunteers will receive free picture packages for their time.
September 15 Schedule:
- 8:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. Grade 9
- 8:45 a.m. – 9:20 a.m. Grade 10
- 9:20 a.m. – 9:40 a.m. Faculty and Staff
- 9:40 a.m. – 10:10 a.m. Grade 11
- 10:20 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Grade 12 (in dress uniform; no silly pictures on this day)
- 11:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. Faculty and Staff
Note for Grade 12
Seniors will not take “silly” photos this year on individual picture day and must be in dress uniform (no jackets, no fleece) for individual photos. Silly/group photos for seniors will be taken later this year during part of Capstone class.
Picture Re-Takes
Picture re-take day is Tuesday, October 27. Anyone who missed pictures on September 15 may have his or her picture taken on “re-take” day at the Main building during lunch, 11:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
