We are thrilled to welcome families for in-person Upper School Parent/Teacher Conferences on Thursday, October 15, in the Marilyn R. Nagel Commons.

Note: There is no school for Upper School students on October 15 and 16. Seniors, however, will return to campus on October 15 to take the SAT.

The time spent with our dedicated teachers is incredibly valuable. Conferences offer a chance to connect directly and gain insight into your student’s engagement and academic progress. These conversations play a vital role in supporting each student’s growth and success.

Upon check-in, parents will receive their child's schedule and rotate among teachers in the Nagel Commons to discuss student progress, engagement, and academic performance. Expect 4 – 5 minutes with each teacher. For longer discussion, teachers are happy to schedule a separate meeting.

• Date: Thursday, October 15
• Location: Upper School's Nagel Commons
• Doors Open: 7:50 a.m.
• Conference Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Lunch Break: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
• Doors Close: 2:30 p.m. so conferences can conclude by 3:00 p.m.

Who attends?
Conferences are intended for parents and teachers. Students should not attend, with the exception of seniors taking the SAT.

Where should I park?
Please park in the Upper School parking lot. If that lot is full, use the Main building parking lot. Please do not park on 208th Avenue NE.

What if I cannot attend in person?
Teachers will offer a limited number of virtual conference appointments (4 – 6 minutes) on Friday, October 16, through Bookings. Watch for an email from your child's teacher(s) with scheduling instructions.
