Students who are new to the Upper School will hear from Upper School Dean of Students Dave Urban and student leaders about student life, academic policies, and activities taking place the first few days of the school year. Students will also participate in fun icebreaker activities, tour the building, and receive their new laptops (all students must complete the required digital citizenship training beforehand). This event includes students rising from grade 8 to grade 9 and any student who is completely new to Bear Creek.

Students in grades 10 � 12 who attended Bear Creek last year do not need to attend.
