Our team is excited to have the opportunity to connect with families to further nurture our strong partnership as we discuss how students are progressing overall with their individual academic engagement. Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Friday, October 16, for in-person conferences. There is no school for Middle School students on October 15 and 16.

Here are some FAQs regarding conferences:

• When/Where?* Teachers will be available to meet in person on Friday, October 16, from 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the Upper School's Marilyn R. Nagel Commons (8525 208th Ave. NE, Redmond). Doors open at 7:50 a.m.
• Who is involved? Parents meet with the teachers. Students do not attend these conferences, and there should be no students in the building.
• What happens? When you check in, you will receive your child's progress report. You will then proceed into the Nagel Commons where you will have an opportunity to sit down with your child's teachers to briefly discuss your son's/daughter's progress.

Parking

If the Upper School parking lot is full, please park in the lot at the Main building and follow the footpath to the Upper School. Our neighbors appreciate it when we leave the street unobstructed; please do not park on 208th Avenue NE.

*Additionally, for those who cannot make it in person on October 16, teachers will have limited times available for 5-minute online conferences on Thursday, October 15. Please email any of your child's teacher(s) directly and they will each provide you with a link to book an online conference appointment. Signups will be available by request, only starting on October 2, for limited virtual options.
