Strength & Conditioning Coach

Daniel Hill is Bear Creek’s Strength & Conditioning Coach. He was hired in fall 2021 to fill this strategic role and is on staff at Bear Creek full time. In addition to his coaching position, he also teaches freshman Health class and the Strength Training elective in the Upper School.

Dan HillCoach Hill is a local guy, growing up in Redmond and attending Redmond High School. He went on to attend Baylor University where he played football. During his college years, he developed a passion for health, fitness, and sports performance. He spent five years working as a personal trainer at the PRO Sports Club as well as taking on other key roles such as an internship with the Kansas Jayhawks football team.

Coach Hill will have the opportunity to work with our Upper School sports teams in season, while also putting our out-of-season athletes though strategic training sessions. Whether working with athletes on quickness, strength, speed, agility, or endurance, he will meet students where they are while working with them on plans to meet their goals.

Coach Hill is passionate about creating an environment that is uplifting and encouraging to all students so they can become best possible versions of themselves. He is open about the different role models in his life, especially those who have played an important role in his spiritual growth, and he can’t wait to mentor our student community.
