Alex Higinbotham '07 is a charter member of the Alumni Leadership Committee. Having attended The Bear Creek School from sixth grade through graduation, Alex has a deep love for the school, its faculty, and its students. Beyond his involvement in with alumni, Alex also is involved at Bear Creek with YoungLife, a high school ministry organization. Alex lives on Beacon Hill in Seattle and works in the medical sales industry while earning his MBA from UW's Foster School of Business in the evenings. When he's not working, in class, or at Bear Creek, he loves to snowboard, wakeboard, play soccer, hike, camp, and travel.
Hugh Foskett '04 started out as a student at Bear Creek in grade 6 and stayed all the way through high school. He then attended the University of Washington where he received his degree in math and then went on to Northwest University to get his master's in teaching. After teaching math for four years at Bellevue College, Hugh decided to make a change in his career. He now works at Amazon in South Lake Union and lives with his wife Joy in Sammamish.
Andrew Imhoff '05 developed an appreciation for everything that Bear Creek had to offer during his six years at the school (grades 7-12). Teachers who care, passionate coaches, and his well-known nickname "Sparky" are all good memories that Andrew has from his time at the school. Outside of Bear Creek, Andrew spends time with his wife and puppy, volunteers at the Seattle Humane Society, loves to play soccer, and works in sales operations at Smartsheet.
Gannon McCahill '11 attended Bear Creek from kindergarten through grade 12 and was involved with the soccer and golf teams as well as the drama department. Gannon graduated from Baylor University in May 2015 with degrees in finance and real estate and then married his high school sweetheart, Nichole Crews '11. Gannon works as an investment analyst with J.P. Morgan in Dallas, Texas.
Katie Gomulkiewicz ’13 spent her 11 years at Bear Creek forming connections within the community. She joined the Alumni Committee with the goal of giving back to Bear Creek. Currently she is a psychology and English double major at Davidson College. When not buried under a pile of books, Katie enjoys writing poetry, singing in choir, playing flute, and attempting to beat her high score in Temple Run.
