If you are interested in applying for the 2025 – 2026 school year, please apply now. 
Note: Although the deadline for first-round admission decisions has passed, we are still accepting applications and will make decisions on a rolling basis.

Admission Portal Step 2

To begin your child’s application, please create an account (step 1 above). A username and password will be emailed to you which will allow you to log in to your child’s Admission Portal (step 2 above). It is highly advised to schedule interviews, visit days, and/or admission testing as early as possible. If you need assistance with your username or application, please email us at admissions@tbcs.org, and we will gladly assist you.

Application Deadlines

Starting an application early (in the fall for the following school year) is highly recommended. Keep in mind interview dates fill quickly, so please schedule these early via your Admission Portal. For those grade levels requiring admission testing (kindergarten and above), it is best to test sooner rather than later.

2025 – 2026 School Year

For priority (first round) admission decisions, the following deadlines apply:

  • Friday, December 2, 2024: Application for admission deadline for sibling applicants of currently enrolled Bear Creek students and children of Bear Creek faculty or staff members (all required items completed). Note: Current Bear Creek families, when applying for a sibling who is not currently enrolled, use your Veracross username and password to log in to the Admission Portal.
  • Friday, December 2, 2024: C.S. Lewis Legacy Scholarship* application deadline for sibling applicants of currently enrolled Bear Creek students and children of Bear Creek faculty or staff members. Note: This scholarship also requires a separate tuition assistance application. 
  • Friday, January 24, 2025: Application for admission deadline for all other applicants (all required items completed). Although it is to your advantage to apply by this deadline, we continue to accept applications and make admission decisions on a rolling basis after this date until we reach enrollment capacity. You are welcome to email us at admissions@tbcs.org to inquiry about space availability. 
  • Friday, January 24, 2025: C.S. Lewis Legacy Scholarship* application deadline for new applicants (those not mentioned above). Note: This scholarship also requires a separate tuition assistance application.

* The C.S. Lewis Legacy Scholarship is available to students enrolling in grades K – 12.

Tuition Assistance

Tuition assistance enables The Bear Creek School to enroll mission-fit students who would not otherwise have access to an independent school education because of financial constraints. Our tuition assistance program assists families with domestic students in grades K – 12. Please note, applying for admission to Bear Creek and applying for tuition assistance are two separate processes. The tuition assistance application must be submitted at the same time you submit your child’s application for admission. See Tuition Assistance, Scholarships, and Grants for the link to the Financial Aid Application, deadlines, and other important information.
