Planning an Event?

If you are planning an event at or for The Bear Creek School, this page is designed to walk you through the process and provide you with the information and tools you will need to successfully plan, promote, and produce your event. As there are many people involved in the planning and production of an event, it is important that the school has the necessary forms completed as far in advance of your event as possible.

All events involving Bear Creek students or facilities must have the approval of a Division Head, Director, or the President and Headmaster. If you are unsure whose approval is needed please contact your Division Head. If this event involves organizations outside of Bear Creek or rental use of the property, contact Alicia Williams (awilliams@tbcs.org), Executive Assistant.
