About Our Trip Leaders:
Dr. Sorensen is thrilled to be able to lead this trip for Bear Creek. He has travelled extensively in Europe and has been leading student learning trips with Bear Creek since 2006. He believes that travel can be a great opportunity to learn about our cultural heritage, to experience different ways of seeing the world, and to understand what it means to be a part of the global community. He is excited to share these ideas with our students.
Mrs. Price is excited to be part of this Bear Creek expedition! Laura first fell in love with the UK when she chaperoned trips to Europe with students at her previous school. They traveled all across Europe, but when they finally got to England, she especially rejoiced in the quaint villages, lush landscape, and deep history. Laura also had the opportunity to attend grad school in England in the enchanting city of York, one of the stops on our Bear Creek trip. She is elated to revisit some cobblestone streets and alleyways in York, as well as the diverse UK culture of today. There will be so much to see and learn!
