Each Upper School student is viewed as a leader-in-progress and has access to a variety of leadership development opportunities throughout the year. Our students create a culture of leadership on campus through the following opportunities:

Leadership Forums and mentoring
Leadership Practicum and LeaderShop
Certification in the NASC Student Leaders Program
Serving in ASB Student Government
Serving as a House leader
Serving with National Honor Society (NHS)
Serving as captain of athletics and academic teams
Serving in the local, national, or global community
Leading clubs and activities
