IMPORTANT: Middle School academic teams are designed for students who are eager to learn more about these academic subjects beyond the regular school day. Students are expected to be keenly interested and have some level of enthusiasm or experience in the subject area. Students will be held accountable for fully participating in the after-school content for the duration of the season. Please register only if your child meets these criteria. We have limited spots available and would like to prioritize those students who are ready to engage with these after-school opportunities.

Registration

Register

To register your child, log in with your Bear Creek username (usually firstname.lastname) on the registration portal.

Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Students wishing to withdraw through the first week of meetings may receive a full refund, less a cancellation charge (5% of the registration fee). No refunds will be issued after the first week of meetings, except at the discretion of the coach and Registrar. Refunds are not issued if a child is dismissed due to disciplinary action. The Bear Creek School reserves the right to cancel teams prior to the beginning of the term based on insufficient enrollment. In this event, a full refund for the specific program will be issued.

Late Pick-up Fee

Please note that class end times vary, and parents are expected to pick up their children promptly at the end of each session. Late pick-up will result in a $25 charge per 15 minutes (credit card on file will be charged automatically).

Attendance Policy

We will take attendance as part of team meetings in order to keep track of students. We do not prorate the registration fee for days missed due to vacations, illness, or other activities.
