Annual Fund 2018 – 2019

The Annual Fund is our school’s number one fundraising priority every year, and the donations directly impact faculty and all students year-round.

Every year, all members of our community—parents, faculty, staff, trustees, parents of alumni, grandparents, and friends—are asked to make a tax-deductible gift to Bear Creek. The impact of these gifts can be seen in all students year-round as they support the programs that enrich and amplify their education and development so they can become the individual God intends.

The impact of participation is valued beyond the dollars. Participation with any size gift demonstrates commitment to Bear Creek, the mission, and to the school's continued success. It is a vote of confidence in our faculty too. The broader community and major donors all look at fundraising participation as a key indicator of satisfaction. If the community stands behind the school, they see Bear Creek as more deserving of their support as well.

President’s Circle

Bear Creek’s most generous annual donors are recognized for investing at a higher level to move the school forward. The President’s Circle is a recognition level for those who give $1,000 or more.

Impact 2018 – 2019

Through your generosity, the 2018 Annual Fund raised more than $338,118 to benefit our students.

Because of your gift, we were able to offer more than 60 outside-the-classroom learning experiences. You helped us buy visual art materials and new sheet music and rent beautiful costumes and curtains for drama performances. You enabled us to say yes to every student in Middle School and Upper School who wanted to play a sport—over 70% of our Upper School students participated in at least one Bear Creek athletics team. You supported improved classroom technology, and educational tools and equipment to teach our students in innovative ways. And, your generosity made it possible for us to provide financial aid, extending the opportunity for a Bear Creek education to 35 talented students who would otherwise not have been able to attend.
