Food Services
The goal of any kitchen should be to please its customers. We, the staff of The Bear Creek School Food Services program, make food quality our first goal. We also want to engage students with creative dishes and theme-based meals. Finally, we want parents to rest-assured that we are making every effort to improve nutrition in both the food we produce and in the methods in which we prepare that food.
Full lunch service is available each school day at both Valley Campus and Redmond Campus. Additionally, breakfast is served from 7:45 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. on school days at the Redmond Campus. We have also added an afternoon snack service from 2:50 p.m. to 3:20 p.m. on regular school days. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to grab a healthy snack like veggies and dip or pita and hummus, as well as a selection of beverages on your way to after-school activities or athletic practices. Kindergarten - grade 5 students must be accompanied by an adult. Breakfast and afternoon snack service will begin on Tuesday, September 7.
Please note that the lunch menu is subject to change on days when inclement weather impacts the school schedule.
Lower School students have the option of the hot entree of the day, a deli sandwich with baked chips, or a bistro entree salad with various toppings like grilled chicken breast. All lunches include fresh salad, vegetables, choice of beverage (milk, juice, water), and dessert (yogurt, fresh fruit, or fruit cup).
Middle School and Upper School students have various options like hot entrees, hot or cold grab-and-go items, Bistro Bar deli sandwiches and gourmet wraps, and fresh salads.
