Open House & Tour Information

Learn more about The Bear Creek School's program, curriculum, mission, history, and educational philosophy by attending an Open House.  All Open Houses include an introductory presentation, classroom visits, tour of the facilities and question/answer time.  Open House events last approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours.  If you are unable to attend an Open House, please call the Admission Office to schedule a campus tour.  Tours are available throughout the entire year.

PRESCHOOL, PREKINDERGARTEN & KINDERGARTEN OPEN HOUSES are conducted at our Valley Campus (19315 NE 95th St., Redmond, WA  98053).  These open houses are specifically tailored for parents with children entering these early grades.  If you are unable to attend, please call the Admission Office to schedule a campus tour.

LOWER SCHOOL OPEN HOUSES begin at our Redmond Campus (8905 208th Ave. NE, Redmond, WA  98053).  Mid-way through the morning parents are given the opportunity to tour the Valley Campus, which is only two miles away (19315 NE 95th St., Redmond, WA  98053).  Lower School Open Houses are intended for adults.  If you are unable to attend, please call the Admission Office to schedule a campus tour.

MIDDLE SCHOOL & UPPER SCHOOL OPEN HOUSES are conducted at our Redmond Campus (8905 208th Ave. NE, Redmond, WA  98053).  There will be one evening Open House, November 2, 2010, program starts at 7:00 p.m.  Parents and students are encouraged to attend this evening event.  The remainder of our Middle School & Upper School Open Houses will be conducted during the school day, commencing just before the lunch period.  Students should plan to arrive at 11:45 a.m. Lunch will be provided for all visiting students.  After lunch, students attend class and participate in other activities.  Parents join their students from 2:45 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. for a parent/student reception.
