Application Requirements and Deadlines

In addition to submitting an online Application Form, there are other items required in order for your child’s application to be complete and ready for our Admissions Committee to review. If you have already submitted an online Application Form, you may view these required application items in the Admission Portal; if you have not submitted an online Application Form, or for quick reference, see the lists below. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our application requirements and deadlines. All required items must be received by stated deadlines before an admission decisions can be made.

Note: Scholarship applicants have additional requirements beyond those listed below. See Scholarships for information about each specific scholarship.

P3, P4, and P5

Applications are encouraged by January 12, 2017; however we continue (and encourage) you to apply after this date, as we make rolling admissions decisions until full enrollment is reached. If possible, please try to submit your child’s online application by mid-December; this will allow us to schedule your parent interview (see below) in a timely manner.

P3 Classes: Children must be three years of age by August 31, 2017 and be toilet trained.

  • 2 mornings, T/TH, 8:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. This class is designed for younger three-year-olds who will turn four between January and August 2018.
  • 3 mornings, M/W/F, 8:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.

P4 Classes: Children must be four years of age by August 31, 2017 and be toilet trained.

It is best to take the TOEFL in October, November, or early December and the ISEE or SSAT in November through mid-January (* ISEE date exception: January 14). Applicants must achieve the following TOEFL scores in order to be considered for a Skype interview.
    • Grade 9 applicants: TOEFL score of 80 or higher
    • Grade 10 applicants: TOEFL score of 85 or higher
    • Grade 11 applicants: TOEFL score of 90 or higher
  • Student interview via Skype – The Admissions Office will contact you via email to schedule this interview after TOEFL scores, ISEE or SSAT scores, and official transcripts have been received.
