Carpooling

Current Bear Creek families interested in forming a carpool with other Bear Creek families, may access our school directory.

Step 1: Go to the Parent Page then log in (see "log in first" link in My Family Information section). After you log in you will be returned to the Parent Page.

Step 2: Click "My Family and School Directories" (the Parent Portal will open in a new window).

Step 3: Click on the 'Nearby Families' tab to see a list of Bear Creek families that live close to you with contact information and grade levels of children in each family. Given the unique nature of each family’s transportation needs, we encourage you to contact other families and design a plan that is most convenient for you.

On Campus Student Parking

On campus parking is available for juniors and seniors. Students who wish to drive to school must first properly register their vehicles by submitting the Student Parking Application along with all documentation and paying fee online. A parking spot will be assigned. See section 9.2.5 of the Family Handbook for further details.

Parent Parking

The majority of the front parking lot at the Redmond Campus Main Building is reserved for parent and guest parking. During morning drop-off there is additional parking available behind the Main Building. Parents may also park in the gravel lot by the Farmhouse. There is limited guest parking at the Upper School Building. There is ample parent/guest parking at Valley Campus.
