Open Houses

Open House season for preschool through grade 12 has concluded for the 2016-2017 admission season, however we are still happy to meet you and answer your questions. Please feel free to call the Admissions Office at 425-898-1720 ext. 437 to inquire about space availability and to schedule a personalized tour of one of our campuses.

Campus Tours

We would love to see you on campus. Please contact the Office of Admissions via email (admissions@tbcs.org) or phone (425-898-1720 ext. 437) to schedule a tour or to request additional information.

Tours for international parents and students are offered by appointment on Thursdays from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Please contact the Office of Admissions via email (admissions@tbcs.org) or phone (425-898-1720 ext. 437) to schedule a Thursday afternoon tour.

Student Visits

The best way for students to learn about Bear Creek is to see it firsthand during the school year. Student visits are conducted October through May. Please call the Admission Office at 425-898-1720 ext. 437 to schedule.

  • Morning visit for students applying to grade 4: Plan to arrive at our Redmond Campus Main Building (8905 208th Ave. NE) at 8:30 a.m. on your scheduled visit day. Visiting students will be paired with a Bear Creek student and will attend class until approximately 11:00 a.m. Student visits for this grade level are offered on most Mondays and Wednesdays.
  • Morning visit for students applying to grades 5-6: Plan to arrive at our Redmond Campus Main Building (8905 208th Ave. NE) at 8:30 a.m. on your scheduled visit day. Visiting students will be paired with a Bear Creek student and will attend class until approximately 11:00 a.m. Student visits for these grade levels are offered on most Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
  • Afternoon visit for students applying to grades 7-8: Plan to arrive at our Redmond Campus Main Building (8905 208th Ave. NE) at noon on your scheduled visit day. Visiting students will receive a complimentary lunch pass and will be paired with a Bear Creek student; after lunch visiting students will attend class until approximately 2:30 p.m. Student visits for these grade levels are offered on most Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
  • Afternoon visit for students applying to grades 9-12: Plan to arrive at our Redmond Campus Upper School Building (8525 208th Ave. NE) at noon on your scheduled visit day. Visiting students will receive a complimentary lunch pass and will be paired with a Bear Creek student; after lunch visiting students will attend class until approximately 2:30 p.m. Student visits for these grade levels are offered on most Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Note: A student visit, followed by a 30-minute parent/student interview, is required if applying to The Bear Creek School. You will be given the option of scheduling a parent/student interview immediately following the student visit when you call to schedule your child’s visit. If you have not yet decided to apply for admission and would like to see what Bear Creek is like before starting an application, you are welcome to do so – please call today to schedule your child’s visit.
