Through your generosity, the 2016 auction grossed $280,000 for the school, while the Fund-A-Need will allow installation of interactive white boards in all K-8 classrooms.

Buy a chance to win the best live auction item! Check out the auction catalog, then buy your ticket in the main office. Only 125 tickets ($100 each) will be sold. You need not be present to win (but it's more fun if you are).
Each Bear Creek family is expected to procure an item or items valued at $150 for the auction. Success depends on you! The auction office offers procurement packets, ready for your signature, which you can drop off or mail to prospective donors. Each packet contains a procurement form, generic solicitation letter, and return and outer envelopes. We can prepare custom letters at your request.
We also need volunteers to help with planning, decorations, item preparation, and day of event activities. Contact Linda Sheppard at email@example.com or 425-898-1720 ext. 338 to get involved.

The auction is the school’s largest community-building event and our second largest fundraiser. We invite all families to attend and will send an invitation to anyone for whom you provide an address. Do you love auctions? Do you want to meet other fun people and get involved in making a difference for Bear Creek? Whether this is your first event or you are an experienced auction volunteer, your time and talent are welcome! Parents, grandparents, students, and alumni are all invited to help.
