Join members of the Board of Trustees and school administration at the 2017 State of the School for an evening of Dessert & Dialogue to explore some of the most salient topics impacting the Bear Creek community. RSVP online to attend either Wednesday, October 11 or Thursday, October 12. The program begins at 7:00 PM. Doors open at 6:30 PM for dessert.

Picture days are scheduled on Tuesday, September 26 and Wednesday, September 27. Students should bring the picture order form to school on picture day and give to the photographer. Read more for schedule.

On September 20, Bear Creek defeated Bush (188-217) at Redmond Ridge Golf Course. Senior John Hayes took medalist honors, with a score of 33.

On September 18, Bear Creek lost to Bush (0-5) in a rain-shortened format match (first to 8 points). Junior Cody Clayhold narrowly lost in the #1 singles match (7-9).

On September 18, University Prep defeated Bear Creek in five sets (18-25, 25-16, 23-25, 25-20, 15-7). Freshman Eleanor Carruth made 16 digs. Junior Melanie Carlson served 7 aces. Sophomore Emily Fridman served 9 aces and made 5 kills while senior Katherine Cook served 4 aces and made 5 kills. On September 20, Bush defeated Bear Creek (25-22, 28-26, 19-25, 15-25). Junior Abby Campbell served 3 aces; Carruth had 3 aces and 13 digs; junior Kathryn Horvath served 3 aces; and junior Zara Robinson made 6 kills.

On September 16, Bear Creek lost to Okanogan (2-3). Senior Hallie Mott and freshman Ana Maria Gomez scored for the Grizzlies in the 55th and 65th minutes respectively. On September 19, Bear Creek lost to Bush (2-4). Mott scored with an assist from senior Christie Gorzalski, and freshman Caroline Smith scored on an assist from freshman Kennedy Shorett. On September 21, Bear Creek lost to Bellevue Christian (0-6).

Come join other parents to support one another on the parenting journey. These weekly sessions will be held Wednesdays from 11:45 AM - 12:30 PM in the Parent Lounge. Each class will begin with a brief presentation on a particular topic followed by discussion and Q & A. Our first topic is parenting styles.

This weekly publication is distributed to all current parents, faculty, and staff. It is published on Friday afternoon each week when school is in session.
