Junior Caleb Ji earned a Bronze Award in International category of the Canadian Open Mathematics Challenge. Ji and sophomore Bill Liu qualified to sit for the AIME.
Sinfonia and forensics team earn winter season honors!
Senior Colin Diamond placed second in Lincoln-Douglas, and seniors Phoenix Moomaw and Rachael Burch placed third in Public Forum.
Sophomore Adesuwa Agbonile's short story has been recognized again, earning national recognition from the 2015 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards.
Seniors Grace Carruth and Jesse Domingo and sophomore Adesuwa Agbonile all brought home championship medals from the State tournament.
Competing February 28 and March 5-7, Bear Creek's forensics team won the National Speech & Debate Association (NSDA) District Sweepstakes Award, and five team members qualified for the National Speech & Debate Tournament which will be held this June in Dallas, TX.
Yang and Nye receive Outstanding Achievement Awards for their entries in the Puget Sound ESD's annual art show.
Bear Creek's Science Olympiad team placed fifth at the Northwest Regional Tournament on February 28.
