Class of 2017 Commencement
The entire Bear Creek community is invited to attend the Class of 2017 Commencement exercises on Saturday, June 10 at 2:00 PM at Bellevue Presbyterian Church. Tickets are available in the main offices at Redmond Campus.
End of Year Photos on Vidigami

Vidigami is overflowing with photos! Outdoor Ed, Mt St Helens, and more field trips, honors assemblies, Field Day, seniors vs faculty softball game, plus lots and lots of class parties!
Report Cards and Classes
Before the end of June, K-12 report cards will be mailed to parents. A list of 2017-2018 enrolled courses will be included for students entering grades 7-12 next fall.

Summer Packet Due August 3
In mid-July, watch for an email with detailed instructions for completing your "Summer Packet." All online and printed pieces are due August 3.

If you want to keep a personal copy of your child's performance, be sure to download it before June 30; videos will be deleted and no longer available after this date.
Your Volunteer Time Is Money
Numerous local companies recognize volunteer time through the donation of cash grants to non-profits for which their employees volunteer.
Uniform Sales on August 2
New and used uniforms will be sold on campus beginning at 1:00 PM.

Community Service This Summer
Upper School students should report summer service hours in x2VOL. Rising freshmen should track hours and be sure to get a contact email for each volunteer supervisor so they can enter service hours in the fall.
Family Connection
Upper School students are encouraged to log in to Family Connection for updates and ideas on what to do during the summer and how to use the summertime wisely.
An Evening of Honors Tomorrow
Senior families will celebrate An Evening of Honors tomorrow, June 9 at 6:30 PM in the Cornerstone Theater.

Princeton Review is offering free SAT and ACT practice tests on July 31 and August 21.
Princeton Review SAT Summer Prep Class Offered
Princeton Review is offering discounted an SAT "ultimate" prep class at Bear Creek, July 31 - August 22.

Preschool News
Summer 2017 Office Hours at Valley Campus
The Preschool Office will be closed June 13-August 18 and will be open on Mondays and Wednesdays only, August 21-August 30.
Grizzlies Athletics
Fall Sports Registration Opens July 1
Register online for Middle School and Upper School fall sports beginning Saturday, July 1, and the registration deadline is Thursday, August 3. Don't forget that the first day of Upper School fall sports practice is Monday, August 21.
Fitness Center Open This Summer
The Fitness Center will be open and supervised this summer during regularly scheduled hours (see Training and Fitness on the team pages).
